To place an order or project enquiry, please submit a request through our website form, email, or instagram DM. Our team will review your request to ensure we can thoughtfully accommodate your preferred florals, timeline, and overall vision before confirming the booking. We will also try our best to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible. Once confirmed, payment details will be provided and your order will move into production after payment has been completed.
As we are currently a small team balancing other work commitments alongside Jade, all enquiries go through a review process to ensure we can give each project the time and care it deserves. For this reason, we highly recommend placing orders in advance whenever possible.

Yes. All arrangements can be tailored to your preferred colour palette, flowers, occasion, and overall vision.

Yes, we welcome reference images and moodboards to help us better understand your vision and styling direction.

Yes, we offer Melbourne metro delivery. Weekday deliveries are only available after office hour between 7-10pm while weekend deliveries are available between 10am-10pm.

Yes, orders can be collected from our South Melbourne studio. The pickup address will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

For smaller arrangements and gifts, we recommend placing orders 5–7 days in advance. For larger projects such as events, weddings, and brand activations, we recommend enquiring at least 2 weeks in advance, or several months ahead for larger scale planning.
Please note that all orders and requests go through a review process before confirmation to ensure we can thoughtfully accommodate your vision, preferred florals, and requested timeline.

As all arrangements are made to order using seasonal blooms, flower varieties and placement may slightly vary from the reference images shown. However, we will always do our best to thoughtfully follow your requested vision.

Keep flowers in fresh water, away from direct sunlight and heat. Trim stems and refresh water every few days for best longevity. Fresh flower longevity varies depending on flower type and care, but most arrangements last approximately 5–10 days.

Yes. We offer floral styling for intimate events, gatherings, editorials, campaigns, brand shoots, and creative projects. Each enquiry is reviewed individually so we can better understand the occasion, space, concept, and overall styling direction before confirming the project.
Our team will work closely with you throughout the process, and we’re always happy to meet in person over coffee to discuss your project, ideas, and vision further.

Yes. For events and editorial projects, we can develop floral concepts and moodboards to help visualise the colour palette, flower direction, mood, and overall atmosphere. This helps make sure the florals feel considered and connected to the space, styling, or brand direction.
